I like Louisville. I’ve actually always found it a really interesting town, and not just because of its baseball bats — though it helps. And apparently it only continues to get better — reminds me of a bigger Grand Rapids.

Cider sales are expected to rise in the next few years, so the big breweries, struggling with their sales against craft beers, are investing heavily in ciders. Water beer is headed down, so go sugary, fruity ciders — which the article says people think are healthier.
